Policies: Develop and review corporate policies with input from management.5. Standards of Performance and Performance Reviews: Establish clear standards of performance, conduct performance reviews, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.6. Controls: Produce monthly reports, conduct quarterly reviews, and establish supplemental action programs.7. Management Morale: Increase management involvement in planning, facilitate salary discussions, and monitor management turnover.8. Product Development: Develop an overall strategy, hold quarterly priority meetings, provide status reports, develop new products, and manage development expenses.9. Community Relations: Develop effective public relations strategies and participate in community events.10.
