Payroll Specialist
Current-Provide in-depth software support via phone, email or remote session for UltiPro.-Troubleshoot payroll and software issues for clients & partners and guiding users through corrective steps.-Create and assist with repair ticket creation and updates, quality assurance testing, and customer inquiries and responses.-Assist in the creation of documents detailing installation, setup, operation and troubleshooting of Ultimate Software products.-Monitor reoccurring technical issues and providing data and documentation to Solutions team.
