As CBO, I provide support to all agency teams in relation to clients and projects, both in the leadership strategy for each client and their projects and in organizational needs to ensure project quality. As Head of Content Experience, my role is to drive the content strategy for various clients and projects by leading a specialized team in Social Media, Content Management, and SEO.

As part of the integration of the Digital and Consumer Experience businesses in Spain following the merger between VML and Young & Rubicam, I joined the new firm as the leader responsible for the digital transformation of both offices. Serving as a key member of the management team and overseeing dedicated teams in each office, I have been responsible for establishing new processes and fostering connections between the teams to enhance the capabilities of the digital and consumer experience business. This includes areas such as digital engagement platforms, social media, data and analytics, SEO, AI, VR, and digital development. Additionally, I manage all integrated deliveries from the agency, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and seizing new business opportunities.

I have collaborated with agencies such as LOLA Mullen Lowe, DDB, and C14torce, with a primary focus on digital team operations.

Part of LOLA Barcelona office opening committee working with the network on the strategy of a new office working mainly for SEAT. New processes, all new staff, new offices, legal agreements, etc. During the process I became Head of Delivery of the three LOLA offices (Madrid & Barcelona) maintaining the role of digitalizing the agency with dedicated teams from strategy to final delivery (40-50 people team)and the added and necessary new creation role in the agency of Operations Lead.
