I use Planswift and AutoCAD to prepare accurate and detailed takeoffs, bills of quantities, and tender documents for various construction projects in the UAE. I also collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract specifications and standards. With over three years of work experience in the construction industry, I have gained valuable exposure to different aspects of project management, such as planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and risk assessment. I have also worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Kerala State Pollution Control Board, where I supported environmental monitoring and assessment activities, and as a Site Civil Engineer at Neyadhi Traders and Contractors Pvt Ltd, where I supervised and coordinated civil works at various sites.
