Track and review Sales Channels’ performance, initiate corrective actions to address and resolve performance issues along with resource and competency gaps.Deliver agreed sales budget for the regions in terms of order, turnover, gross margin and CS business.Proactively manage, nurture and develop business relationship with assigned strategic accounts based in the region.
