PPL(Pran Plastic Limited) Production and Maintenance section ofHusky,Injection,Straw Pipe and Blow Moulding Machine...Job Responsibilities:* Manpower monitoring of the production* Every Month make the Preventive Maintenance schedule of the machines and Molds* Monitored Molding process implementation to ensure smooth operation.* Processing of polypropylene, copolymar,ABS,GPPS,HDPE and Various formulation of above materials for preforms and packaging bottles in drinks and beverage line to economise the cost of product .* Monthly, weekly make the production plan & Production targets fulfill.* Everyday provide decisions about production plan, Raw material, mold exchange of the machine etc. * Develop New product as per Customer requirements. * provided technical support for system operation and maintenance.* Review the performance of staffs and take necessary steps for improvement.* Everyday maintain production reports.* Every month maintain WIP report . * Implementation & maintaining OEE .* Follow Up 5S , Time study , Motion Study ,3R.* Safety guidelines, cleaning & housekeeping of my the production floor (SOPS)*Establish a new production line of Injection molding consists of 12 machines.
