• Engagement Delivery: As a member of the project team, I am working closely with the business users of Cognizant’s customers (Health Plans) to understand their needs and requirements and explaining the same to our technical teams to create an unparalleled digital experience for the end consumer. I bridge the gap between what users want and how technology can deliver it. I straddle from business requirements elicitation to helping our clients solve their most pressing problems, be it devising their digital strategy or helping them create a roadmap.• Thought Leadership: I am working on the various Point of Views (PoVs) that the consulting practice creates to gain mindshare of our clients and position us as thought leaders in the industry. I am leading a team of talented consultants to research on industry issues and identify solutions leveraging Cognizant’s capabilities. As part of this activity, I interact with senior leaders to tailor these PoVs in line with client-specific issues.• Practice Growth: As a senior member of the consulting practice, I work on various initiatives such as responding to RFIs/RFPs etc. within consulting to grow the practice, identify areas of opportunity both from geography and line of business perspective. I engage with senior leadership to work on various such business and people related initiatives

•Acting as a consultant to the client, apply expertise in specialized functional areas (HRIS, Benefits, HR, Payroll etc) and their systems to advise client on the integration of ADP workforce management solutions into their infrastructure.•Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution•Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs•Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes•Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs•Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution•Utilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate•Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution•Build long term relationship and trust•Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service•Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise•Probe clients to uncover technical direction, business challenges and potential obstacles. Influences a project strategy through functional, technical product knowledge and broader functional system knowledge which integrates customers' needs with an array of ADP offerings.•Analyze existing client systems, interface requirements, operational needs, etc. in order to counsel client in the functional system design and/or system configurations and/or product adaptation of client's needs.•Determine optimal conversion methodology; then documents and delegate the accurate and timely conversion of client's data to the Data Conversion Services team.•Create and execute the test cases (Collaboration and Validation)
