• Performance of routine laboratory analysis on samples and packaging components, raw glasses, in-process products and coated glasses• Carry out random inspection in all areas of production like Cutting, Polishing, Tempering, Double Glazing, Lamination and coating and ensure that the inspection results meet the acceptance standard specific in the quality plan• Ensure that all workmen/operators are well aware of the quality requirements in their respective field• Instruct/Train the operators and ensure that the work instructions are strictly adhered to• Handling of customer complaints, ensure that they are resolved satisfactorily with necessary counter measures takes to prevent recurrence• Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports for inspection
