 Supervise and Monitor Installation of Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel, all electrical equipment and Grounding system, etc. Supervise inspection activities at site with regards to specifications and standards. Inspecting daily construction activities on Cable trench, LV Switchgears, LV motors, Panels, Cable pulling and Grounding activities. Conducting site walk-through with Quality, HSE and PMT departments. Review & Upgrade the drawings according to site conditions. Coordinate with Electrical Supervisors and Inspectors to monitor and close punch list Items prior to Energization. Prepare and submit all documents for final acceptance prior to commissioning. Conduct tests of all components, insulation resistance test, polarity test, Earth continuity and cable resistance test. Weekly meetings with all discipline Engineers and Supervisors involved in the project. Site surveillance to check the construction work and give some comments if necessaryAccording to standard installation & making daily schedule of activities. Witness and monitor electrical work based on client standard. Inspect material quality as per project specification. Inspecting installation jobs, Design execution as per drawing. Witness cable Meggering, continuity test, Hi-Pot test and Earth test. Witness insulation resistance test, turns ratio test, vector group test for Transformers. Estimate of Electrical Materials required by project. Witnessing Installation inspection, Testing, Test Record Documentation and Commissioning. Inspection for all the Electrical and Electronic equipment installation and commissioning. Ensuring implementation of quality control and procedure. Making materials submittals as per project and submitted to the QC department for approval to commence the work. Coordination with the vendor during commissioning. Erection and inspection of switchgear, MCC, PDP and instrumental panels.
