Direct Reporting to Head SMED with 7 reportees to me;- To drive mark up Collection of SMED, Commercial Banking and Islamic Banking portfolio for more than 50 Bn. having about more than 3500 customers relationship. Average Quarterly resolution is about 99.96%.- To manage housekeeping of SMED, CBD & Islamic portfolios i.e., CA expiries, Deferrals, Insurances, Valuations etc. with no backlog. - Focal person for resolution of customers complaints relating to SBP, Banking Mohtasib and directly lodged at BOP portal pertain to all 3 departments. All complaints resolved within given TAT.- To control customers suspicious transactions, window dressing and educate them to route maximum throughputs via BOp accounts.- Responsible for cash recovery from Substandard, Doubtful & Loss category accounts.To generate different kind of new reports for 3 departments.- To conduct frequent random visits of cross the country customers to analyse and assess their health of business.

- Responsible for sales of SME products to NTB customers.- Physical review (pre/post) of business premises of customers having aggregate limits of below 15 million.

Responsible for all Three segments i.e., Products Management, Products Sales and Portfolio Management e.g., Monitoring, Markup Collections, Credit Control, MIS Reporting & Quality Visits of Customers.- To drive country wide sales targets (19 regions) through approx. 300 field staff (Relationship Managers/Hub Managers) placed in about 100 credit hubs in the country. - To increase products (SBF-Small Business Finance, Swift Finance, HBL Business Finance & POS Financing) which has share in overall Retail Lending regular book to 34% in 2019.- Major product Small Business Finance (SBF) (mortgaged based lending) outstanding portfolio approx. Rs.20 B with aggregate limits of about 25 B through +5600 relationships. - Responsible for profitability of the products by maximizing revenues & pushing down the NPLs through collection of mark-ups and control on CP expiry base classifications.Monitoring (Quality Review, Credit Control & Markup Collections) - Ongoing quality review of portfolio through customers’ site/business visits & review of credit appraisals which covers all 19 regions during the year with one support staff. During year 2019 almost +250 quality visits were singly conducted covering all regions throughout Pakistan. Major products breaches, discrepancies were highlighted and assured their rectification & compliance.During year 2012 I have been assigned task to be part of IFC (World Bank) Team and developed Collection & Credit Control Reports and marketing strategies. Resultantly NPL ratio controlled with distinguished resolutions of more than 99.8% portfolio consecutively for forthcoming quarters.➢ Designed & implemented Sales campaigns • SBF (mortgaged based) Sales Campaign Jul-Dec 2018 (6 months) added 570 NTBs with limits aggregating more than 3.0 Billion.• SBF Sales Campaign Aug-Dec 2017 (4 months) added new limits more than 2.2 Billion
