Held the position of "Head of Real Estate Advisory Department" at Century21, where responsibilities included:- Conducting Highest and Best Use Studies, Feasibility Studies, Market Analysis, and property valuations for leading real estate developers, banks, and investment houses.- Providing development advisory, pricing strategy, space planning, and supply and demand forecasting services.- Producing and disseminating quarterly research bulletins on the real estate sector.- Offering expert advice and consultation to clients on complex development matters.- Undertaking comprehensive local, national, and international real estate market analyses for a diverse clientele, employing established research and valuation methodologies.- Leading and directing the team to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.- Actively expanding the business through client acquisition, networking, and marketing initiatives.

 Develop marketing research objectives to help the organization to meet its strategic goals.  Design customer satisfaction surveys and other customer research programs, direct their implementation, analyze results to determine potential markets for products, and prepares reports.  Assist in development and implementation of new products by conducting feasibility studies to determine product viability.  Track competitor marketing activities and collect data to identify current industry trends. Review data and present marketing and product development forecasts to management. Compile, analyze, translate, and present research information to management. Evaluate and contract for external research sources.
