Was handed additional responsibility of Exports Operations along with Domestic Operations. EDPMS was newly introduced and we had the mammoth target of reducing the outstanding shipping bills. The volumes increased by more that 40 percent during this term. We had to add freshers as we could not wait for notice period of the experience staffs. It was challenging to manage the volumes and train the resources at the same time. The team came out as a winner on both fronts - we got trained and highly skilled colleagues at the end of the tenure along with all kinds of numbers speaking in our favour.
