I am happy for my new post in lumax junior engineer. My responsibility is Daily inward material checking & line do not be stopped by the store department in any variance this main work for in plants.

I have joined store department in this company and now it is new to me but I will do my best till now.I am currently doing gate entry, doing GRN, checking material cart etc.

Approach daily problem solving & continuous improvement opportunities strategically & actively to achieve performance target.Tracking of monthly /Daily production &Dispatch plan based on sales plan & project. Daily work management & production planning with material availability. Strong orientation for implementing kaizen in the area of productivity improvement, breakdown prevention, energy saving, cost saving. Implementation of Kaizens, tooling improvement, Reusing Tools, Use of alternative material or sources, elimination of wastes & follow discipline.The Leader of Continuous Improvement in TBWS ( Team Base Work System ) in Cummins Technologies India Limited, Phaltan, Satara.
