I joined during erection of main Boiler.I involved as lead man in pre-commissioning and commissioning of power plants.Saba Power plant consists of the following equipment.Main Boiler Babcock and Wilcox co capacity 413 t/h pressure 165 kg/Cm2, 538 Co, Aux Boiler Babcock and Wilcox co. capacity 23 t/h and pressure 12.5 kg /cm2.Demin plant capacity 29 m3/h, Operate PLC Ecodyne company.Turbo generator capacity 134 MW Toshiba, DCS bailey Control.Emergency Diesel generator, capacity 450 KW.Cooling tower type induced Draft .Air compressorsThe plant is operated and control by Bailey Infi-90 Distributed control system.

Two gas turbine driven generators (26.5 MW) each, General Electric U.S.A.5. Three instruments air compressor screw type, Atlas Capco.The plant is operated by Bailey inf-90 distributed control.I worked as a board man DCS operator in this company.RAVI ALKALIS CHEMICAL:I joined in 1995 and worked as a plant operator. During this job I worked on the following equipments;1. Demin plant two trains' 80 m3/h.2. Cooling tower forced draft.3. Two air compressor Atlas Capco.4. Boiler 100T/h & 48kg/cm2. 5.
