Whether it be improving processes or an easy-to-deal-with form, an exciting and engaging customer experience or a great in-person interaction.Helping people, solving problems and providing positive experiences became my recipe for business success and after focusing on this for many years, I discovered Human Centred Design, User Experience and Product Design. UX/UI, Product Design and HCD covered exactly the things I loved to work on and the types of problems I loved to solve. It was perfect. CD Movement aims to deliver users a premium digital experience akin to Charlotte’s private personal yoga lessons.Product/UX/UI DesignerKey Achievements- Conducted and provided foundation research from user interviews, surveys and market research as well as competitor and heuristic analysis to understand the market opportunity and demographics. Also to identify the desirability, feasibility and viability of the brief.- Created and delivered a persona and customer journey map from research data synthesis and workshops with the stakeholder.- Designed and delivered end-to-end mobile application and website prototypes.
