• Lead the survey team at the project.• Assess and allocate appropriate surveyors and survey instruments to appropriate job by coordinating with project managers and as per the instructions of project director.• Ensure latest revision drawing is followed by surveyors.• Review contract/shop drawings and make sure its revision & approval and understand its detail.• Assist the technical department for all the necessary detail requirements in preparation of shop drawing.• Ensure that, original ground levels / existing condition survey has been carried out and recorded as necessary prior to carrying out the excavation work. Requirement of these surveys will be advices by the project manager / technical manager.• Always maintain all survey equipment with valid calibration certificates and in good working condition. Maintain and update the survey instrument List and calibration records monthly.• Check with technical department for any shop drawing clarifications or any additional information.• Oversee the establishment of Survey control stations. Check the survey control points to maintain in good working conditions.• Establish good working relationship with the consultant and client staffs at the site.• Coordinating with all other departments or subcontractors for their assistance.• Checking the shop drawings and preparing the detail as per site requirements.• Ensure the system is in place to coordinate and conduct survey checks with the Consultant’s Surveyor / Inspectors etc. for works as per the RFI’s approval / Rejection of site work.• Maintain and review the records related to RFI’s approval/Rejection of site works.

Dubai International Airport Expansion Phase 2

• For the above mentioned Project/Packages to carry out inspections for setting out survey points, alignments [vertical and horizontal] and levels for retaining walls, internal slabs, rafts, anchor bolts, steel plates, blinding, columns, Tunnel for CUC6, Guide Rail, Power Rail, Turning switches, mechanical pits, ramps, topping slab, grade slab and BHS Rails• Pre-pour and post-pour Survey• Shop drawings review in line with the construction drawings and surveying requirements• Follow up site activities as per the program and schedule• Coordinate with the Contractor and Resident Engineer for the site activities and problems faced

Dubai Airport

• Worked from September 2002 to May 2008 with Al-Naboodah Contracting civil engineering, as Land Surveyor for construction of Runway, Taxiway, Apron (Dubai international airport) EK Tunnel, CUC6 Tunnel, Pilling for C3, GSE roads, concrete walls, car parking, diaphragm wall, Cargo Mega Terminal Building Foundation works and Storm Water, sewer, duct line, ELV duct, chilled water pipe line.
