Working with Gulf Drilling International (GD I) as a Chief Mechanic.On cyber base, conventional, offshore and onshore rigs.Chief Mechanic responsibilities during emergency or if there is any issue. Jobs done in Gulf Drilling International (GDI) in offshore and onshore rigs.Replace main top drive motor on TDS-8SA, TDS-4SRebuild RLA on TDS-8SA, TDS-4S pressure test and tested all functions.Replaced motor brake, encoder belt, IBOP actuator.Rebuild shot pin assembly.Rebuild IBOP and pressure test.Handle Trouble shootings.Installed motor pinion.Did 6monthly and yearly PMS.Inspect all path area, did MPI and UT on s-pipe and gooseneck.Inspect load collar, grooves and MPI.Checked main shaft bearing end paly, if needed, adjusted with shims to obtain required bearing endplay.Worked on all kind of draw works.Handle maintenance, overhauling, repair and trouble shootings on ADS-10T, ADS-10D, ADS- 20D, 1320, 1625, C1, C2, C3, E-2000. E3000 etc.Carried out complete overhauling and inspection on all kind of draw works.Worked on Iron roughneck.Handle trouble shootings, maintenance on ST-80, ST-100, and ST-120.Worked on mud pumps.Handle trouble shootings, maintenance and overhauling of 12P-160, 14-P 220, FB-1300, FB 1600, T-1300, T-1600, A1700, FD1300, FD1600 and LEWCO mud pumps.Carried out complete overhauling, inspection on all kind of mud pumps.Handle trouble shooting, overhauling on traveling equipment’s.Handle trouble shooting, overhauling on all kind of rotary table hydraulic cat head and power slips.Handle complete top overhauling and major overhauling of caterpillar engines 3512, 3516 B and C series.Handle 5 years overhauling of GDI 2 land rig.Handle 5 years overhauling of GDI 3 land rig.Take care all GDI offshore and onshore rigs.
