Managing various statutory compliances in regards to Hotel revenue and daily reconciliation of the all revenue related Tax account. Reconciliation of daily revenue and to ensure no revenue leakage. Ensuring all guest queries were resolved within the stipulated time period. Regular supervision of various control process placed for Credit card and Cash settlement. Implementation of PCI compliance for Credit Card management.

Implemented proper and daily reconciliation of credit card settlement and also cleared the back logs.Handling of Petty cash expenses, preparing of delivery challans, invoicing, stock control, liaising with Bank, disbursement of Salary, visiting the Factory as and when required.Fine tuning and placed more control on Income Audit by implementing various Income Audit Compliance and supervising the same on a regular basis.
