The Project Field Officers (PFO) will mainly be responsible for the monitoring & supervision of the TIs/other prevention facilities of the allocated districts and will be based at the district. The PFO will be reporting to the Regional Team Leader/PS related to his/her work responsibilities.Currently posted in Kota as Base location also includes Bundi, Baran, Jhalawar, Bharatpur, Karauli and Dholpur districts of Rajasthan.Specific roles and responsibilities of the PFO include:Monitoring/Supervision of assigned facility units (TI/LWS/OST/SSK/Prison-OCS) every month with a minimum of 18 days on the field every monthFacilitate induction training of newly recruited or transitioned TIs/Other facilitiesFacilitate the identification (by TI/other facilities), shortlisting (mapping), training and establishing linkage with the preferred providers for STI servicesEnsure that the TIs develop referral network for ICTC, Care & Support, Viral load TB management, STI complications, medical care, social and legal support, IDU services and other newer interventionsEnsure that the TIs/other facilities will setup free condom outlets at hotspots, meet the condom demand of HRG/vulnerable population and meet the condom supply and demandSupport TIs/other facilities in analyzing the feedbacks of IMS/MITR/LWS data at the project and outreach levelParticipate in the district level meeting under the Chairmanship of respective DTO and share the MoM with the RTL/PSFacilitate support building with all stakeholders, co-ordination with DISHA and other Government agencies for program supportIdentify, develop & facilitate learning sites in the districts/regionCoordinate and facilitate monthly review meetings under the Chairmanship of SACSEnsure that gaps/challenges/successes and best practices from the field are shared and discussed under the review meetingStrengthen prevention program data through supportive monitoring and supervision.

Subhiksha program implemented by LEPRA Society and funded by GFATM used SAATHII as the principle recipient.Prison Peer Mobilizer in Subhiksha+ Program for Lepra Society posted at Ratlam Zone which include 04 Districts (Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch & Jhabua) & 01 Block 02 District (Ujjain & Dhar)Reporting to: State Prison Coordinator (SPC). The PPM will be working at the district level covering 3-4 districts (or more, depending on the number of prisons and inmates) and would be responsible for implementing project activities and for achieving the project deliverables in their respective geographies.Specific Job ResponsibilitiesSensitize Prisons and OCS officials on health rights of the inmates and about the services to be delivered under the program.Coordinate with district health functionaries and other stakeholders to ensure their support in providing testing and treatment facilities to the inmates.Get permissions from Prisons and OCS and organize HIV, TB, STI and HCV screening camps with support of local SA-ICTCs, DTO, DSRC, and NVHCP officials.

Roles & Responsibility: The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant Cum Accountant will be responsible for managing all program, physical and financial data. Update of information on daily basis, computerization of outreach and project level data and consistency and quality checks of data, conduct data analysis and prepare monthly reports for review and reporting to SACS.Monitoring & Quality Assurance - Computerization of outreach, clinical and project level data on daily basis. Conduct continuous analysis of data and provide analytical report for weekly and monthly reviews Individual tracking of HRG for project services Identify potential problems in reported data to improve the quality data. Conduct field visits for ensuring data quality and handholding of outreach team on MIS formats Liaise with SACS and TSU team for program performance reporting Preparation of SOEs and submit to PM and PD. Any other TI related work assigned by the Project Manager as required by the project.
