Report and discuss queries raised during the routine audit with the concerned department head and with the Executive Director. Recommends and participates in the development of company policies and procedures; Preparation and presentation of Half yearly/Annual Budget before the Board. Represented company at SAFA conference in New Delhi (India) and several other seminars and conferences organized by MAP , ICAP & ICMAP.

Also had a presence in the business of Buying Agency, Airline GSA , Freight Forwarding and Real Estate. Nature & Scope of Work :In charge of Trade Wind Associates (Pvt) Ltd. (Airline GSA ) of Ethiopian Airline , Air Canada , Air China , Varig Air (reporting directly to the Managing Director).Managing all matters relevant with Audit, Accounts, Finance , I/Tax, S/Tax, EOBI, SESSI, Labor Dept., Corporate and Administration.Analyzing monthly profit & loss account of group companies.Costing of product (Style & Order-wise), Supervising the staff preparing payroll of around 1200 employees (Direct & Contractor)Handling of various Export related matters like Refinance arrangements for pre/post shipments, arrangement of quotas through broker and EPB auction follow-up with buyers for realization of export proceeds etc.

The Group had its presence in the Cement, Insurance, Leasing , Modaraba's , Real Estates, and many other sectors, at one time was among the top Groups of the Country.
