Irrigation and landscape consultant

Preparing quotation and submitting tenders for upcoming projects and following up for the same Managing various ongoing projects for landscaping and irrigation and plants production and various activity in the plants nursery like production of shrubs , ground covers , seasonal flowers and trees. Following up clients for claiming variations and payments and also keeping tracks and regular follow-up with maintenance team

The above project is under Alain Municipality. I was responsible to execute, monitor and control the project. The job details are coordinating with General Manager, consultants and clients. The role requires preparing reports, explaining the reason for any deviation in scope base line and schedule base line or cost base line. Also, follow up on the pending payment, claiming for variation and revising and submitting the weekly program. Helping in design and preparing BOQ, quotation, tendering for new projects like emirates 3000 villa which includes park and 9 Hole golf course I was also managing the irrigation team, preparing appraisal and monitoring their activities and progress.

The job profile was to plan, execute, monitor and control of three to four small to medium sized projects. Other responsibilities were to attend the weekly progress meeting with client and consultant and preparing variation if any change in scope of work and getting it approved by the client and consultant. Follow up on payments after the approval of WIR (work inspection request). Closing the Projects by submitting of As Built Drawing for approval and following the client and consultant for work completion certificate.

Responsible for all Irrigation and Landscaping works for Dubai South.• Irrigation and Landscaping work at Approach road to Dubai South, head quarter building (contractor- Orient Irrigation). My role was to inspect and approve the materials submittal, Shop Drawing, WIR, Variation and As Built Drawing.• VIP terminal, Irrigation and Landscaping work (contractor-Green and More and Desert Landscaping, Dubai). I was responsible to inspect and approve the materials submittal, Shop Drawing. WIR, Variation and As Built Drawing.• Irrigation and Landscaping project of peripheral road at Al Maqtoum International Airport, Dubai. This project was with Dubai Municipality (DM) (contractor- Desert Landscaping, Proscape and Green Landscaping). My job responsibility was to coordinator with DM team.• Attended various coordination meeting with Landscaping contractors and consultants like Cracknels and Parsons, Dubai.

Preparation of shop drawing, material submittals, taking quantity, and making purchase request ,and following with procurement team to make sure that materials are purchased and delivered as required. Burj Khalifa – played a key role of an irrigation engineer from execution to the closing of the project ,the project was successfully completed by Proscape and EMAAR was the client• DSO ( 1000 Villa) Mall of Emirates, ,show villa Al Badia Golf , AL Sadiyat Golf

The job profile was to obtain new projects, meeting the clients, preparation of design and BOQ. Value engineering and negotiating with scope of work. Follow up on payments. Procurement of material and arranging manpower’s from labor supply as per project requirement. Monitoring and controlling of various project activities by regularly visiting the site and meeting the client.t. Closing and handing over projects.
