Fauji Fresh n Freeze Ltd [FFFl] is wholly owned subsidiary of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. It is Pakistan’s first IQF project that offers frozen fruits and vegetables. French Fries under the brand of OPA! is their major success. I joined FFFL in August 2018 as Head of Finance and was promoted as Chief Finance Officer in 2019.

FFC Energy Limited is wholly owned subsidiary of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited. It is Pakistan’s signature wind power project. I joined the wind project in August 2010 besides being responsible for the overall financial management & financial control of the operations salient of my specific exposures & work experiences included:· Financial Close – First ever project financing for a wind power project of Rs. 12 Bn in Pakistan involving 10 major financial institutions. Key resource in concluding financial agreements, ECP & O&M contracts and EPA & IA contracts with various stakeholders· Construction Phase - loan draw downs and reporting, project insurances, negotiation for liquidated damages, EPC payments and accounting· Operational phase - project true-up, billing and receivable management, HR policies, operational phase insurances, Amendments in EPC Contracts, indexation applications with regulators.· System Upgradation - Implementation of SAP in the Company.

Managed KPMG’s Corporate Function. This Function provides corporate advisory and secretarial services to a range of clients which included listed companies, Banks, Foreign companies and branch offices. Corporate advisory covered services in the areas of incorporations & licensing of business; corporate structuring, initial public offering, listing of companies at stock exchanges, establishment of branch office and matter related to corporate governance. Secretarial practices covered service in the areas of drafting notices & minutes of directors & shareholders meetings, corporate level correspondence with all stakeholders and regulators.
