This solution leverages a combination of transactional and historical quote data for enhanced predictive analytics.Solution Details:Developed a robust Data Preparation Layer, refining container and BL columns, and standardizing port/country names. This process significantly improved dataset reliability by 25%, ensuring high-quality inputs for subsequent analyses.Integrated 10 weeks of transactional data with 3 months of historical quote data. This integrated dataset was used to develop two K-means clustering Machine Learning models. These models effectively categorize customers into churn risk segments and prioritize quotes based on key performance indicators such as frequency, number of quotes, and recency.Incorporated feedback received from sales personnel into the model outputs to refine customer engagement strategies.
