Coordination with buyers and collect the latest product designs, color schemes and fabric qualities aregoing to be used in coming seasons• Responsible for product design and development as per the buyer’s requirement.• Responsible for quality standards of sourced material• Get approvals of Lab dips, Bit loom and strike-offs directly from buyers or from buying office• Value-added processes like printing and embroidery work are done by merchants if required inproduct• Buyer’s requirement is mentioned in the spec sheet.• We send samples to buyers for approval on each stage of development and download buyer’s commentsto the sampling team and pattern master• Do follow up with sampling tailors at the time of stitching of samples• Check the finished sample and arrange to send the samples to the buyer• Costing of developed products

• To Assist in order execution from development till shipment. • Monitor and follow-up all sample preparation • Prepare and check QA file, sample with detailed artwork • Prepare sample to send to supplier and buyer • Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc • Participate in weekly QA follow-up meeting • Fill-up TnA file for order execution • Attend PP meeting • Visit factory regular basis as required • Managing all issues to ensure timely shipment with quality product
