Designed and built a platform for Real Estate based on Simultaneous Multiple Round Auctioning methodology that conducts online auctions through discreet multiple auction rounds until a milestone price is achieved.

The Preparatory School was established to cater to the educational needs of Dir Upper, a district with one of the lowest literacy rates in Pakistan, through modern education and activity-based learning. Currently, the first female-led school in the district provides quality and affordable education to over 300 students up to class 10 with the aim to enrol 1000 students in next 3 years.

Established in 1961, as a board member of the family owned business, I help oversee its portfolios relating to Real Estate, Construction, Mining and Minerals, Logistics, Hospitality, Education, Welfare and Farming.

Heading an award-winning MEP Contracting Company in the UAE with plans to restructure its business model and expand into full-scale Facilities Management & Maintenance services using a Tech Platform to diversify & expand its revenue stream and geographical outreach. In six months, signed four AMC contracts & finalised acquisition of a facilities management company. Renegotiated the supply chain through extensive stakeholder engagement following collaborative contracting model to efficiently manage partnerships, manage risks and indulge in mutually benefiting partnership fit for the evolving variables in UAE market. Led meetings on various agendas with regulators, client, consultant and main contractors on future, current and completed contracts.

Scope Elections: Led research, monitoring, compliance, communication and Feedback functions of a Political Party Central Election Cell and worked with the party Chairman and executive members on parliamentary affairs. Trained 10,000 candidates, and polling agents, provided public policy inputs, measured the parliamenta- ry performance of parliamentarians, developed Election strategy and worked with the Election Commission, print, electronic media and election observers on matters of democratic significance and transparent Elections.Scope Technical Unit: Innovatively used technology to aid in politics, governance & intraparty affairs. Deliv- ered an integrated programme of a diverse set of complex, interlinked and interdependent Projects. Designed, developed & successfully managed countrywide Membership Campaigns for 15 million members, integrated and engaged them through Information Systems, Communication and Engagement Systems.

The Trustee Board is responsible for Oxford Student Union's work. I was elected by the Students of the University of Oxford with a mandate to serve as their Student Trustee, as Member Finance & Risk Committee, as a representative at the University Joint Education Committee. I was also elected as the University of Oxford delegate representing the Students at the National Union of Students (NUS-UK).

Developed a scalable Tourism Platform for Pakistan to facilitate local and overseas tourist influx through the use of technology based on community-based tourism and shared economy.

Led a Saudi Public Fund infrastructure project for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in a high-risk mountainous region within budget, schedule and in collaboration with the target community.

Collaborated as co producer with award-winning filmmaker Shoaib Mansoor and celebrities including Mahira Khan in feature film Verna (IMDb 6.8) based on gender-based violence and rape winning national & international awards.

Led a team of over 500 staff members and successfully delivered 234 Contracts in Food Security, Livelihood, Women Empowerment & Emergency response, Relief and Rehabilitation phases as United Nations multi-clus- ter partner with a contract value of over 8 Million USD. Over 2,039 Human Resources were recruited, trained and deployed for UN-led projects. Services of over 380 suppliers were procured. Assets worth 100 Million $ were managed along with over 230,273 MT assets in reaching out to 10 Million beneficiaries following UN standards. Trained 45,617 Households with employable skill training & established 539 community organisa- tions. Rehabilitated 13 damaged schools, provided legal aid to Afghan Refugees, worked on supporting wom- en's right to vote, supported student enrollment in 1,200 Primary Schools and supported 700 Basic Health Units for nutrition support to women and children.

Established the first fine dining restaurant in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It was recognised as one of the best restaurants in the country by the national press and won awards for outstanding culinary service.
