I co-founded an IT company specializing in custom software development with a strong focus on e-commerce, ERP systems, HRM, and mobile applications. In my role, I was instrumental in establishing the company's technical direction, acquiring clients, and delivering high-quality software solutions. I led the development of various projects, offering strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on coding in both front-end and backend development. My responsibilities also included acquiring and managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and creating project plans to meet their objectives. Additionally, I managed a team of developers, conducted code reviews, mentored junior developers, and ensured the implementation of best practices in software development. I also conducted research and introduced new technologies, such as microservices, modular monolithic architecture, onion architecture, React Native, Expo, Docker, Prisma, Swagger, and TypeScript.Within the first few months of operation, I successfully acquired multiple clients, significantly contributing to the company’s growth. My efforts in implementing best practices in code review and project management boosted team productivity and improved project quality. This experience also helped me gain confidence in leading teams and managing projects, even when working alongside more experienced developers.
