Got on job online training of web based development and used it to develop software for organization as narrated below.• NCCS Road Express is a major cargo service provider in Punjab and KP, with ever increasing network in around 150 cities spanning from Peshawer to Sadiq Abad. All the processes were running on oral and manual methods, so the processes were studied and suitable enhancements made to ease up the business queries and reporting. System of Operational routing and movement was studied and developed the tracking system for the whole process. No mechanism for Vehicle fueling and maintenance monitoring was available which was developed and implemented. No structure for HR record was available which has been developed and implemented along automated payroll system. Legacy billing software was outdated and new software with Customer Ledger & bank Ledger options has been developed and implemented. Stationary Management and Expenses recording systems have been implemented. Accounting system is under study these days. System for new business product of International shipments booking and movement is also in development phase. During this tenure technological monitoring devices like biometric attendance machines, CCTV cameras and vehicle tracking devices are deployed and monitoring mechanisms have been developed to take maximum benefits of technology. Also developed different performance monitoring reports for sales, recovery, expenses and operations, and taking active part in review of figures and sales follow up meetings with concerned management and staff.
