• Overseeing the Retailer Financing project between BRAC bank Ltd and multinational FMCGs. Bangladesh Brand Forum awarded this project in November 2021 as the "Fintech Innovation of the Year in Digital Lending Category."
• Coordinating activities to drive Swipe Load, a pioneer unsecured overdraft loan product for POS merchants. My activities include product designing, processing list of eligible customers, training sales team, monitoring.
• Designed a 4 month-long campaign to enhance SME customers' enrollment into our mobile banking application, Astha. The campaign has increased SME customers' adoption of the application by around 20%.
• Made the SME Finance Forum applications for BRAC bank Ltd in 2021- one of which won the Platinum Award in the "Best bank for Women Entrepreneurs" category.
• Maintaining partnerships with entities from Telecom & MFS industry to bring value-added services to our SME customers
• Assisting in onboarding SMEs into the bank's online banking platform for more prominent clients, CORPnet. Handled all customer queries & requests regularly as well.

• Took part in a 3-month stint in SME Product team followed by rotations in SME Unit offices, Retail Sales team, Retail Product teams, Branch Governance, Alternate Delivery Channel team, and Branch.
• Formulated concise 1-2 pager versions of Product Program Guidelines (PPGs) for assisting ROs and call center executives during SME Product team stint.
• Coordinated the project of collecting ideas from tellers and BSSOs about cost optimization and revenue generation of branches.
