Manager Technical Service
Current- Organizing workflow of Technical Services as team leader to ensure all the tasks are properly done in a timely manner. These include evaluation of ADs and SBs, development of AMP and MEL, on-wing engine health monitoring, technical publications management etc.- Involved in aircraft acquisition process starting from aircraft selection, determination of baseline specification, term sheet and lease agreement review, technical acceptance projects at the time of delivery check. Also ensuring selection of leased engines and APUs to support operation.- Guiding maintenance program and reliability group to ensure maintenance program effectiveness through optimizing AMP task intervals, feedback from reliability program and implementation of industry best practices and OEM guidelines.- Aircraft retrofit management through coordination with TC holder as well as third party DOA for cost effective solutions to meet operational requirements. The process also includes obtaining regulatory approval for major modifications and ensuring modifications have FAA DER or EASA DOA approval to meet lease conditions. -Supervising powerplant group to manage engine and APU shop visits. The process includes review of workscope, teardown report and cost estimate to control shop visit cost as well as to ensure engines are built to meet expected time on wing. Also liaison with the lessors regarding MR claim settlement and coordinating with the OEM to obtain commercial supports.- Supporting structure team regarding damage evaluation and reporting to the TC holder, review of structural repair DFPs, updating dent and buckle chart and obtaining local regulatory approval for major repairs.- Participation in safety action group (SAG) and IOSA workforce to ensure company procedures and work management are in line with IOSA ISM standards, ensuring reflection of safety culture and implementation of safety management system in day to day work.
