I find delight in building pragmatic strategies towards complex problems or issues, that's what changed my inclination from Architecture to Engineering and later on Management.Starting my career as an on-site construction engineer in one of the premium developers in the luxury real estate segment has helped me fortify my beliefs pertaining to Management requirements and on-site process gaps; not just in the firm but as a problem prevalent in the Sector.The journey started with simple steps taken on-site to improve the process and reduce the TAT of activities being a bottleneck, little did I know that these steps would get me a spot in the re-engineering efforts of the firm; which catapulted the growth of knowledge in all the Business operations of one of the most complicated business models of the Real Estate sector.Once I gained the visibility of Business Operations; my passion towards problem-solving and management made me work relentlessly towards solving all kinds of operational hurdles by leveraging Technology and Processes. This pursuit helped me gain new skills in Business Operations, Finance, Strategy and Management.Now the Goal is to revolutionise and make a difference in the way this sector operates.
