I have over three years of work experience in various roles, including HR and Operations Executive at Initium Partners LLP, a consulting firm, and Marketing Intern at HDFC Bank, one of the leading banks in India. I also did a Finance Internship at Chennai Port Trust, where I learned about the operations and finances of the port sector. I have developed skills in recruiting, employee grievance, exit formalities, and other HR functions, as well as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
