Maintaining high Net Promoter Score.Development and execution of sales strategy.Leading expansion of market share for IBM in Pakistan and Afghanistan markets.Responsible for long term strategic engagements with IBM customers.Responsible for business profitability for IBM Pakistan.Leading and managing a team of account managers covering financial, telecom, public and defense, energy and utilities and commercial sectors within Pakistan.Developing and expanding IBM footprint in new sectors and territories.
