As the Lead of the 'Skills for Jobs and Employment' team at Microsoft India Philanthropies, I work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to come up with innovative ideas for philanthropic initiatives that align with our goal of empowering individuals and organizations to achieve more. Grants management is a key aspect of my role, as well as creating robust frameworks to manage our philanthropy program across different business units, whilst ensuring that we adhere to compliance standards.Additionally, I am responsible for building and maintaining strong and beneficial relationships with government officials and policy makers across central and state governments, as we work together to bring about strategic interventions in our programs. My team and I also work closely with nonprofits to ensure successful program delivery and to help bring our CSR strategies to life in a meaningful way in the community.
