Senior Executive - Coordinator
CurrentArmada Dietary & Hospitality Sister Concern of Armada Spinning Mills Ltd.Key Responsibilities:• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task lists, deadlines, and resource allocation. Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to address any issues.• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication. Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Distribute project-related information, updates, and reports as necessary.• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and relevant records. Generate regular reports summarizing project status, progress, and key metrics.• Identify potential risks, issues, or deviations from project plans and promptly escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.• Collaborate with various internal departments and external partners to ensure effective coordination and integration of activities. Foster positive working relationships to achieve project objectives.• Provide administrative assistance to project teams, such as coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and processing project-related documentation.• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.• Prepare JOB Advertisement based on company’s requirement and posting BDJOBS, conduct talent acquisition process including initial candidate selection, invite candidate for attend interview, help our Management to conduct interview and finally onboard the hired candidate.
