After 5 years managing the Marketing and communication strategy, i was appointed deputy general manager. I now look at at all aspects of the company. What i have learned is that management involves a great deal of understanding human psychology, a company's strength comes from its human resources and the manager's ability to strive the best of each person. For that i am always looking for new projects and challenges. When i am not working, i enjoy sports such as Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, yoga, football (soccer), working out, surfing, reading about various subjects ranging from Mckinsey articles to Neil Degrasse Tyson and of course family time.
