I make sure my target market gets healthy products by making 100% natural Juices (with no preservatives, no aromas). Marketing strategy for a company that has a positive business model and strive to have a positive impact on its environment whether it is with its organic farms, its recycling vision or its healthy final product, makes my work easy. After 5 years managing the Marketing and communication strategy, i was appointed deputy general manager. I now look at at all aspects of the company. What i have learned is that management involves a great deal of understanding human psychology, a company's strength comes from its human resources and the manager's ability to strive the best of each person. I am consumer driven and believe in innovation. "Market First" I enjoy the strategy, the creativeness and the constant research to reach the company's budget. For that i am always looking for new projects and challenges. When i am not working, i enjoy sports such as Brazilian jiu jitsu, boxing, yoga, football (soccer), working out, surfing, reading about various subjects ranging from Mckinsey articles to Neil Degrasse Tyson and of course family time.
