Senior Business Intelligence Developer
Current• Demonstrate advanced SQL and relational databases knowledge, along with strong skills in working with a variety of databases.• Drive migration from SQL Server, legacy, and on-prem Hadoop data analytics platform to MS Azure cloud platform.• Enact Extract and Load activities by leveraging generic pipeline infrastructure to extend functionality to support related data sources.• Spearhead the design, build, and launch of extremely efficient and reliable data pipelines (ETL) to move data across a number of platforms, including the data warehouse, online caches, and real-time systems.• Excel in identifying and addressing gaps in existing systems and processes and providing respective solutions.• Establish direction and lead domain areas as a subject matter expert to implement solutions for complex and strategic problems.• Display a comprehensive understanding of business and operational problems at hand, as well as how best to resolve them using a data-driven approach.• Maintain data warehousing and pipeline strategies to cater to specific business objectives, from implementation to maintenance.• Design and implement high-performing data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources; this also involves delivering and presenting proofs of concept of key technology components to project stakeholders. • Leverage hands-on experience in designing and building Tableau Dashboard upon analyzing underlying data.• Utilize relevant visualizations and interactions on the Dashboard views so it provides the right set of information and capabilities for meaningful slice-n-dice of the data set for further analytics by the end user.
