1. Monitor & control all process parameters (physical & chemical) with the help of DCS, Field & laboratory data. 2. Team member of plant schedule start-up, shutdown & emergency response during the trip according to shift in charge instructions. 3. Supervise the activities of operators & Labor to ensure that they follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and health & safety guidelines during duty hours. 4. Overall production process handover to immediate next respective shift member during shift change. 5. Observe the operator’s activities during finished product processing (addition of a stabilizer, proper blending, etc.) 6. By the guidance of the shift in charge troubleshoot the non-critical problems and take necessary action. For critical problems discuss with the plant in charge and follow the instructions accordingly. 7. Maintains a safe and clean work environment. 8. Overall operation of utility (DM plant, cooling water system, instrument air system & N2 plant)
