  - Designed highly usable experiences for various sectors such as retail, corporate branding, and bespoke mobile/web applications. The design process involved creating problem-solving high-quality designs from wireframes to visuals, generating concepts based on user research, and creating workflows, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate them. Additionally, liaised with product management and engineering teams for the implementation of designs.- Collaborated with client stakeholders from various regions including the US, Australia, New Zealand, and Switzerland on multiple projects, from requirements gathering to high-fidelity product prototypes.- Conducted multiple product-related tasks such as user research, heuristic evaluation, competitor/gap analysis, information architecture, and user testing.- Assisted development teams in converting designs to functional applications and showed them various Figma functionalities and plugins that enhanced their workflow. Led the department's transition from Adobe XD to Figma, contributed to creating visual collaterals for sales, and provided art directions for digital advertising and marketing material.- Responsible for comprehensive documentation of user flows, storyboarding, and processes for hand-off during the design/build process.
