Estimate material, equipment, and labor costs to assess project viability. Make public reports on bid proposals, deeds of property, and right-of-way descriptions. Coordinate surveying to planning installations and define reference points, grades, and elevations. Direct engineering actions to ensure environmental, safety, or other regulatory compliance. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
