Responsible for leading RNO/RF team members to carry out RF planning, design and optimization activities on networks including; Planning site, Neighbor Design, coverage plot cell planning, coverage predictions, traffic dimensioning, detail survey. interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis and monitoring. 2. Perform investigation on the root cause of network degradation and initiate corrective action which include network capacity upgrade, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance etc 3. Provide technical support in customer discussions and respond to queries related to radio network design and optimization. 4. Responsible for configuration of performance data and Key performance indicator (KPI) into the Element monitoring system (EMS) for scheduled data collection. 5. Carry out analysis on the performance data and provide statistical report for measurement and control of service quality. 6. Perform radio network design activities such as; nominal cell planning, cell design data preparation, make Neighbor list and NL optimization, site survey evaluation (site audit orientation, drive test and tilting for coverage), field measurements, model propagation optimization. 7. Troubleshoot the worst cell list and initiate immediate actions for them. Analysis of the actual network performance and the need for capacity enhancement by determining the best solution including addition of TRX, addition of sites, new technology introduction. 8. Performing Quality of Service Analysis using RNO tool. Working to reach the committed KPIs in the Audit program. 9. Alarm monitoring and analysis, hardware/transmission issue handling (escalate to BSS Team) 10. Monthly Network Quality Report, Sites Utilization Analysis Report, Analysis of degraded KPIs and tracking rogue cells optimization, Network Quality Audit of circles to improve process efficiency
