PT Mobile Tunai Indonesia is a foreign investment company that engages in electronic money and financial technology. My tasks are to prepare legal strategies and provide advices to the shareholders in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations. As a start-up company, mostly I am handling company establishment and licenses application, among others, license application to Bank Indonesia and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Furthermore, not only drafting and reviewing contracts but I also participate in contract negotiation with counter parties

- give legal advice to BOD- handle operational contract- corporate secretarial matters such as annual report and general meeting of shareholders, letter to third party on behalf of BOD- handle company shares restructuring, loan restructuring- handle establishment of foreign investment company- handle company acquisition, sale and purchase of shares- handle company liquidation- handle financial transaction such as Convertible Bond, Promissory Note, inter company loan,shareholders loan- handle land acquisition - involve in Construction of Physical Infrastructure for Coal Handling and Transportation in Central Kalimantan (the "Project") which includes 166 km hauling roads, bridges, stockpile facilities, conveyors, jetties, permanent camp, and offices. This Project worth USD 1 billion and aiming at supporting the company goal for exporting 2 million ton per year of coking coal that expandable to 5 million ton per year. My duties are to handle Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract for this Project and give legal advice related to this Project. - involve in 150 MW Coal Fired Power Plant project which I handle most of the legal matters from establishment of jv company, tender preparation until reviewing PPA. I am part of the contract negotiation team - involve in the project of jawa bali power plant open tender held by PLN

PT Rakuten-MNC is a joint venture company Rakuten, Inc Japan and MNC Group engaging in e-commerce business. My main responsibility is to handle any legal matters in connection with the company, including corporate matters, operational, and company’s compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations. My employment here has made familiar with e-commerce business, such as payment gateway, e-money, SNI and BPOM regulatoon.

Mataram Partners is an Indonesian reputable Law Consultant which listed in Legal 500. As Associate my responsibilities are, among others, to conduct legal research, legal drafting, prepare legal memorandum, due diligence reports. I handle mostly corporate matters and mining services.

Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo is a well-known Indonesian Law Consultant which listed in Legal 500. As staff attorney I mostly conduct legal due diligence, legal research and prepare legal memorandum. I also participated in LGS training program for 6 months.

As an assistant to the Consul, I dealt mainly with international law and fishery case. I give legal advice in relation with Indonesian law, such as for drugs case, deportation, man power, criminal law, criminal procedural law, etc. I am also well informed on diplomatic practice and protocol.
