Currently, I am working as an MDS(Medical Documentation Specialist) at Augmedix Bangladesh. After a rigorous 3-month training, only 30% of the trainee was eligible. I work closely with real-time doctors, navigating the challenges of fast-paced medical environments and complex patient interactions. By collaborating with advanced AI software, I help streamline documentation processes, enhance accuracy, and ultimately make healthcare more efficient for everyone. Passionate about leveraging technology to improve patient care and physician workflows. I really enjoy my job as it is enhancing my multitasking ability along with precise listening skill and documenting with an 80+ WPM typing speed, which will be an asset for my upcoming future as exposure to unique skillset I believe.

During the 3-month training at Augmedix Bangladesh, Trainee Medical Documentation Specialists focus on mastering grammatical and medical English, the language of medicine, and touch typing. Through mock visits, they practice documenting clinical notes in real-time, emphasizing grammatical structure and medical inference. Passing through three training phases, trainees progress to become Doctor Ready (DR) MDS, demonstrating readiness to handle live interactions confidently and accurately. With immersion in simulated doctor-patient interactions, trainees gain practical experience in documenting clinical notes, while achieving a typing speed of 65-80+ words per minute remains crucial for success.
