Generate design guidelines for user-centered design, according to customer needs and user research.• Design of visual environments for information-heavy products (e.g. forms, data, workflows).• Creation, implementation and optimization of cross-media digital strategies to expand the presence of brands.• Ideation and implementation of web optimization strategies based on quantitative and qualitative insights (Heatmaps, recordings ...).• Communication with clients and project managers, transfer of project requirements to the team, management of daily tasks of the team members to guarantee quality in the delivered product.• Resolution of brand communication problems through the application of design principles.

• Implement a brand new UI design for a TechEd platform.• Design UX based on customer journeys, UX flows and product designs.• Develop design jointly with the development team to meet marketing and sales objectives.

• Develop multimedia campaigns for international clients (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, Daimler, Smart) in alignment with the vision of their brand and strategy.• Conceive, plan, and execute design projects under pressure and to tight deadlines from start to finish.• Participate in succesful campaign pitches resulting in multi-million euro client landings.
