F-35 Center Wing Manufacturing Engineering team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of aircraft production. Responsibilities include:-Evaluating and adjusting affordability, analyzing engineering change impacts to shape manufacturing and system performance perfection. - Developing, proposing, and leading the implementation of projects aimed at improving quality and reducing production costs, ensuring alignment with corporate targets. - Establishing and maintaining a robust Corrective Action (CA) mechanism, collaborating with the ME CA Team and supporting Quality Engineering in determining Root Cause and implementing Corrective Actions. - Demonstrating technical proficiency by providing inputs to enable Affordability, Design Engineer, Tooling, and Planning on improvement projects. - Challenging the status quo, working directly with Production Operations at all levels to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and design standards. - Mentor MEs to ensure the development and maintenance of manufacturing plans, tooling, and process standards according to the latest Engineering requirements. - Assessing and developing technical solutions to a wide range of difficult production problems, laying the path for success. - Reinforcing a culture that values and cultivates maximized team ingenuity. - Being at the technical forefront of process improvements for manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Provide support of Center Wing and Horizontal Tail/Vertical Tail operations. Provide rapid constraint resolution to protect the flow of Center Wings on the production line, develop tooling needed to support the build process, and supports the entire lifecycle of a tool. Working directly with government customers, transition technology insertion to production, proposal estimating, driving cost reduction initiatives, identifying risks to production, and implementing mitigation plans, earned value management, and other program related manufacturing or tooling issues that may arise.Furthermore, assist in all phases of the manufacturing process, root cause/corrective action, and technical problem solution. Develop new methods and implement existing methods for non-conformance feedback to points of origin. Work to reduce scrap, rework, and repair costs across multiple work locations. Interface with Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial Engineering as needed to define critical assembly sequence and integrate changes into production schedule. Assist manager/area supervisors with day to day operation of assigned area. Provide technical assistance to the mechanics through on-the-job training and hands on guidance. Determine corrective actions and improvements to save cost. Assist and stand in for supervision as needed. Help manage cost and schedule metrics as required.

I was integrally involved in several advanced research projects aiding researchers, and executing various research functions as needed.Key Contributions:★ Key member of a collaborative research initiative Maritime Communications for Collaborative Naval Assets in tandem with Georgia Tech's Aerospace Systems Design Laboratory (ASDL).★ As part of the initiative, expertly contributed to the creation of an innovative simulation application that determined best strategies for facilitating communication between UAVs, USVs, and UWVs.★ Participated in formation flight research as a joint project between ASDL and RWTH Aachen University in Germany to evaluate the feasibility of formation flight in cargo carriers, military operations, and UAVs. Tasked with focusing on trajectory optimization such as judging feasible flight routes and mapping them.

Wrote a literature review under Economics faculty Dr. Shemyakina. The paper was titled ‘Socioeconomic Causalities of Textile Industries: A Case Study of Bangladesh, Cambodia and Indonesia’, and analyzed impacts on seven randomly chosen socioeconomic indicators during the textile industry “boom” periods for each respective economy.
