• Troubleshooting Electrical Faults, Preparing daily plan, preventive maintenance and shutdown plan activities.• Preparing daily reports, preventive maintenance for plant electrical motors, monthly heat & Vibration analysis and their overhauling plans.• Maintaining data log of daily checking of Plant machinery and daily routine Faults history• Intending E&I requirements & procurement from registered suppliers. • Electrical designing of circuit for Power Distributions, Motor startup circuits, VFD Power, P&ID, ESLD and BOQ for Procurements and order placements.• Electric Cable calculations, Cable trenches plans, Cable trays selection and estimation for new sites installation. • Preparing the proposal for new projects for the electrical maintenance department and ensuring manpower Ensure availability of manpower, spare parts, materials, tools and equipment’s for installation & maintenance activities.• Installation, Commissioning & troubleshooting of ABB ACS 880 VFDs & Siemens SINAMICS series VFD.• Installation and troubleshooting of ABB, Siemens ACB, VCB and SF6 circuit breakers. • To supervise and follow up the trouble shooting and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment’s like squirrel cage motor, slip ring motors, MV & LV transformers, and LV-MV switchgears.• Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance on ABB ACS Series Variable Frequency drives. • Follow up the inspection and maintenance activities in the following areas Crushers, Stacker & Reclaimer, Ball Mills (Raw Mills + Cement Mills), Vertical Mills, Kiln area, Raw material transport system, Clinker cooler, packing plant, Air Compressors & Air Dryers.• Applying and following the Root Cause Analyses system during troubleshooting of the problems. • Installation, Commissioning, Calibration & Maintenance of field Instruments like Pressure Transmitters, Thermocouple RTD, level sensors, flow meter etc.
