I have 15 years of engineering and improvement experience within the mining and petroleum industry. Prior to co-founding Analyze and Improve, I led Operational Excellence initiatives as well as technical projects specializing in Process Improvement, Constraint Modelling, Performance Management, Mine Optimization, Feasibility Studies, Petroleum Geophysical, Reservoir and Production Engineering. I have a MASc. in Petroleum Engineering and a Ph.D. in Mine Operations Research.I work with organizations to move beyond firefighting and solving problems to problem prevention and performance improvement.
