• Financial Operation, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Audit Facilitation, Supervision in Periodical reports Including Annual reports.• Supervision in preparation of Monthly & Annual accounts.• External & internal Audit of the Organization.• Supervision of monthly closing & financial package.• Supervision of Payroll, payable cost control inventory, Income auditing, stores receiving & accounts for monthly closing related matters.• Initiate the development methods for high quality.• Respond quickly on customer complaint to ensure high quality customer service. • Plan and supervise the marketing and promotion activities to attract more customers.Assist in ordering, purchasing and stocking products conduct regular repairs and maintenance for machineries.

• Manage every day operation, accounting and matters of store.•Supervise employee’s activities to confirm and to establish standard and policies.• Identify and rectify operational, financial and employees issues.•Train and guide staff in their job duties.•Assist in recruitment, performance review, promotion release wages and salary adjustment for employees. • ensure employees follow operational practice, hygiene rules and quality standard.• Develop and implement training program for employees.• Manage store operation to ensure excellent service in economic and profitable manner.

• Processing Projects expenses keeping in line with Grants/budgets and allocating costs to precise Grants and corresponding heads.• Processing payments of vendors and employees after verification of all the approved documents and maintaining complete accounting records for these payments such as vouchers and corresponding ledger accounts in sun System Software along with cash/bank books.• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements.• Maintaining petty cash and developing reports for the same.• Developing monthly & Annual Financial, Grants & Budgets Reports.
