I am a senior executive who has over 15 years of experience working with some of the world’s largest Financial Services institutions in the UK and the Middle East. I am currently the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) for Zurich’s Commercial Insurance Middle East business and a member of the local Executive Committee. In my role, I take a comprehensive strategic view of the business, and play a key role in enhancing the organisation’s Risk Governance and ensuring alignment of the Risk Culture to the Strategy.Prior to joining Zurich Insurance I spent over 10 years in professional services (IBM, Accenture and PwC), working with a range of clients in the Financial Services industry (including the Insurance, Banking, Pension and Fintech sectors). My specialist areas include Cloud Risk, Program Management, Business Resilience, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Strategy, Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management.
