Also, have vast experience in consulting and advising organizations in development / NGO sector (multilateral donors, bi-lateral donors, foundations, think-tanks, research organizations, INGOs, NGOs) in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe.Apart from large corporates and development sector have consulted and coached entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses in their journey of growth and creating systems. Also, have mentored young family business members. A large of the work has been focused on areas of Organization Transformation, HR Management, Leadership Development, Performance Orientation, Compensation and setting systems and policies.
