*Research & Target-Based Lead Generation in the international and domestic domains.*Finding the Target accounts by Researching the Regions APAC, MEA, North America, and Africa Regions.*Reaching out to the Personas: Customer Service Head, Customer Experience Head, Contact Center, Operations Head Call Center Head.*Generating Target Leads including Appointment setting with BDM/SDR Manager. Nurturing / Qualifying Leads from Regions that are instructed by the BDM/SDR Team.*Finding Cluster-based accounts such as Strategic Large, Fast-Moving, SME Funded, and Traditional & SMBs.*CRM Proficiency - Salesforce/HubSpot and Leads processing to SDRs as per the Cluster of Accounts.*Act as the first point of contact with the prospects and outbound leads.*Research Experience in regions like APAC, Africa, North America, and Europe. And verticals such as BFSI, BPO, Retail, and E-Commerce.*Appointment Setting with the new Prospects.*Database management and Data segregation.
